Our Friends’ Association

The Association for Geography and Ethnology Stuttgart (GEV), originally founded as the “Württembergian Association for Commercial Geography”, has in its long tradition of over 100 years dedicated itself to the spreading of knowledge pertaining to geography and ethnology, promoted research in these areas, and offers support to the Linden-Museum. In close cooperation with this association, lectures, expert conferences, film evenings and other events are offered. Renowned scientists present the results of their research trips or investigations into current problems pertaining to a wide array of countries and people.
